Do I have to pay custom charges on my order?

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to advise on any custom charges that may be applied to international shipments. Any custom charges that may be incurred when importing goods outside of the UK, are at the discretion of the carrier and local laws. All custom charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Nue Makeup.

For more accurate information, please get in touch with your local customs office to prevent any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

 

How can I pay for my order?

 

We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Solo, Maestro and Electron. We also accept payments via Paypal and Klarna.

 

How do I know you have received my order?

 

Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation via the email you have provided, which will contain your order number. Once our team have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you. This will also include a tracking number that you can use to track your order via the carrier’s website.

 

Will I receive a confirmation email when I place my order?

 

Once you have placed an order you will receive an order confirmation email. This will prevent it from going into your Junk/Spam folder. If you do not receive your order confirmation email, please contact us.

 

Can I make changes to my order?

 

Unfortunately, once you have placed your order, it is not possible to make any amendments to the content or any details as it may have already started being processed by our packing team.

 

Can I cancel my order?

 

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, it is not possible to cancel it as it may have already started being processed by our packing team.

 

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

 

Our sincere apologies for any incorrect or faulty item that you have received. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order, with your order number, the name of the item you were supposed to receive and photos of the incorrect/ faulty item and a member of the team will be in touch to amend and assist you.

 

Can I exchange an item?

 

Unfortunately, all sales are final and therefore we are currently unable to process exchanges.

Has my order been shipped?

 

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Your order can be tracked via www.royalmail.com. To guarantee that you receive this confirmation email, add info@nuemakeup.comto your contacts. This will prevent it from going into your Junk/Spam folder. If you do not receive you order confirmation email, please contact us.

Please note that once shipped, transit time will be listed by the carrier. We are not responsible for any unanticipated delays. However, in the event that you still haven’t received your order within 10 working days if you are based in the UK, and 15 working days if you are based internationally, get in touch with us.

 

How long does it take to process my order?

 

Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be packed and shipped with care.

Please be aware that International orders are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.
